Flowdock is a B2B SaaS platform designed for small and mid-sized businesses. It brings three core business operations together in one dashboard:

2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to the use of the Flowdock website and platform. They establish general rules regarding acceptable use, subscriptions, intellectual property, platform availability, and liability.
Additional contractual terms may apply to individual subscriptions, integrations, or services.
3. Use of the Website and Platform
You may use Flowdock only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You are responsible for ensuring that information you provide is accurate and that your use of the platform complies with applicable laws and contractual obligations.
You must not use Flowdock in any manner that could damage, disable, disrupt, overload, or interfere with the website, platform, systems, or other users.

When using Flowdock, you must not:

Flowdock offers three subscription plans.
Starter
Designed for freelancers and very small businesses with up to 5 users.

Professional
Designed for growing SMBs with up to 20 users.
Includes everything in Starter, plus:
- Unlimited invoicing
- Advanced project views
- Automated reminders
- Client portal access
- Priority support
- 50GB storage
€99/month or €990/year
Business
Designed for established SMEs with up to 50 users.
Includes everything in Professional, plus:
- ERP integrations
- Custom branding
- Advanced reporting
- Dedicated account manager
- API access
- 200GB storage
€219/month or €2,190/year
6. Subscription Enquiries
Flowdock does not process subscription payments directly through the website.
Customers interested in a subscription should select their preferred plan and submit an enquiry through the Contact page.
Flowdock will contact the customer to confirm the relevant details before issuing an invoice.
7. Payment and Account Activation
The standard subscription process is:
- Select your preferred plan and click Get Started.
- Complete and submit the contact form.
- Flowdock will contact you within one business day to confirm your details.
- An invoice will be issued.
- Payment is made by bank transfer.
- Your account will be activated within one business day after payment has been confirmed.
8. Subscription Pricing
Monthly and annual subscription options are available.
Current prices and features are displayed on the Flowdock Pricing page. Annual plans may provide savings compared with paying the corresponding monthly subscription for twelve months.
Applicable taxes, payment instructions, and other relevant information may be stated on the invoice or related contractual documents.
9. Intellectual Property
The Flowdock website and platform may contain trademarks, software, text, graphics, designs, documentation, branding, and other materials protected by intellectual property laws.
Unless expressly authorized, users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected Flowdock materials.
Use of the website or platform does not transfer ownership of Flowdock intellectual property to the user.
10. Customer Content and Information
Users remain responsible for information and materials they submit to or process through Flowdock.
Users must ensure they have the appropriate rights and lawful basis to provide and process such information.
Users must not upload or process unlawful content or materials that violate the rights of another individual or organization.
11. Platform Availability
Flowdock aims to provide reliable access to its website and platform.
However, temporary interruptions may occur because of:
- Scheduled maintenance
- Platform updates
- Technical problems
- Security requirements
- Infrastructure issues
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control
Certain functionality may also depend on the subscription plan selected by the customer.
12. Third-Party Services and Integrations
Certain subscription plans may provide access to integrations with third-party systems.
For example, the Business plan includes ERP integrations and API access.
When customers connect Flowdock with third-party services, the terms, conditions, and privacy practices of those third parties may also apply.
13. Data Protection and Privacy
Personal information associated with use of Flowdock is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection requirements.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be collected, used, stored, and shared.

14. Refunds
Refunds, cancellation requests, eligibility conditions, and applicable procedures are governed by our separate Refund Policy.
Customers wishing to request a refund should follow the procedure described in that policy.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability arising from access to or use of Flowdock is subject to applicable contractual arrangements and mandatory legal requirements.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation would be prohibited by applicable law.

Access to Flowdock may be restricted or terminated where appropriate due to:
- Serious misuse of the platform

- Fraudulent or unlawful activity
- Violation of applicable terms
- Unauthorized access attempts

Subscription-specific termination rights may be governed by the relevant contractual agreement.

Flowdock may update, improve, modify, or replace website and platform functionality as the service develops.
Changes that materially affect an existing contractual relationship will be handled in accordance with applicable contractual and legal requirements.

We may update these Terms & Conditions when our website, platform, subscriptions, services, business practices, or applicable requirements change.

19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and the use of Flowdock are governed by the laws of Germany, subject to any mandatory legal rights or protections that apply.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict rights that cannot legally be excluded.
